Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Vista Prairie at North Pointe in North Mankato. Earn $20.95–$24.28/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC hires (40+ hours/pay period).

Shift differentials add up to $2/hour for NOC and $3/hour on weekends. You’ll provide care for residents overnight, assist with activities of daily living, and document in the electronic health records system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA) certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.

Vista Prairie at North Pointe is an assisted living community. As a CNA on our overnight team, you'll be the steady, familiar presence residents count on through the night.

What you'll do:

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, and other personal care
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support medication routines as directed and permitted by your certification
• Check in on residents through the night and respond to needs promptly
• Create calm, positive moments during overnight care
• Document care accurately in our electronic health records system

• What you'll need:
  Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification (CNA)
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions

• Preferred:

• 1 year of CNA experience, long-term care setting
• Experience administering medications
• Comfort working in electronic health records

• Schedule: Full-time, NOC shift, every other weekend, 72 hours per pay period.
