Vista Prairie at North Pointe in North Mankato, MN is hiring an overnight CNA to be the steady, caring presence through the night. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and medications as allowed by your certification, while documenting care accurately in the electronic health records system.

Position offers $20.95–$24.28/hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC hires, and shift differentials of $1/hour PM, $2/hour NOC, and $3/hour weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA registry certification.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.
• Preferred: 1 year CNA experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Support medication routines as directed by certification.
• Check in on residents during the night and respond to needs promptly.
• Create calm, positive moments during overnight care.
• Document care accurately in electronic health records.
