Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift at North Pointe, a memory care and assisted living community in North Mankato. You will help residents with daily care, assist with mobility, and document care in the electronic health records system.

The role requires MN CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and follow care instructions. We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and shift differentials for evening and weekend

Qualifications

• Active listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA certification).
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming and daily personal care.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications under supervision, following facility policy.
• Check in on residents and respond to needs promptly.
• Build rapport with residents and document care in the EHR.
