Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in North Mankato, MN, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift at North Pointe, our assisted living and memory care community. You will assist residents with daily care, mobility, and medication administration under supervision, with a focus on patient relationships.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and Minnesota CNA certification with active registry. Preference given to those with LTC experience and EHR familiarity.

Job description

$20.95 to $24.28 an hour based on experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus(40+hours/pp) and shift differentials up to $3/hour. Certified Nursing Assistant needed for day shift at North Pointe, an assisted living and memory care community in North Mankato.

What you'll do:

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, and daily personal care
• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Document care using our electronic health records system

What you'll need:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (Minnesota CNA certification)
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions

Preferred:

• One year of experience in long-term care or as a CNA
• Experience passing medications
• Familiarity with electronic health records

Pay and benefits:

Pay: $20.95 to $24.28 per hour based on experience.

Sign-on bonus: $500 for team members working 40+ hours per pay period.

Shift differentials: $1/hour for PM shift, $2/hour for NOC shift, $3/hour for weekend shift.

Part-time benefits: paid time off, 401(k), employee referral program, and educational assistance program.

Schedule:

Part-time, day shift, 24 hours per pay period.
