Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Vista Prairie at North Pointe in North Mankato. Earn $20.95–$24.28/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC hires (40+ hours/pay period).

Shift differentials add up to $2/hour for NOC and $3/hour on weekends. You’ll provide care for residents overnight, assist with activities of daily living, and document in the electronic health records system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA) certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Support medication routines as directed and permitted by your certification.
• Check in on residents through the night and respond to needs promptly.
• Create calm, positive moments during overnight care.
• Document care accurately in our electronic health records system.
