Job summary

Springhill Suites by Marriott Durham/Chapel Hill is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor/Night Manager to ensure guest safety and smooth nightly operations. Responsibilities include balancing end-of-day accounts, handling check-ins/check-outs, and providing outstanding guest service overnight.

The role requires Marriott or hotel experience, the ability to work 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

• Previous Marriott or hotel experience preferred.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS.
• Processing payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database.

Job Description-Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.

Job Duties:

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
