Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelez’s guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and over 50 lbs. occasionally, as well as pushing and pulling.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of New Orleans, LA, with secondary locations in Gretna, Metairie, Kenner, Harvey.
• Schedule availability: Monday through Friday, start times between 5-7 am, with weekends as required.
