Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Become part of our team to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture display pictures, and follow Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising steps.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Maintain well-stocked and well-represented brands following company guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in-store.

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs)
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of New Orleans, LA, including Gretna, Metairie, Kenner, Boutte, Chalmette
• Availability for four weekdays and Saturday, starting early (5-7 am)
