Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of full-time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
5. Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with the management team.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of New Orleans, LA.
• Secondary locations include Gretna, Metairie, Kenner, Harvey.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, start by 5-7 am, with weekends as required.
