Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked and in stock.

Ensure our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.

Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.

Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and moving products.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Reside within 25-35 miles of the primary location in New Orleans, LA, or secondary locations including Gretna, Metairie, Kenner, Boutte, Chalmette.

Schedule: Four weekdays and Saturday, starting between 5-7 am.
