Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of New Orleans, LA, including Gretna, Metairie, Kenner, Boutte, Chalmette.
• Availability to work four weekdays and Saturday, starting early in the morning.
