Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license or federal ID, and proof of auto insurance (required for federal access).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. routinely, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., including moving products in stores.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Aliso Viejo, CA; secondary locations include Laguna Niguel, CA, and Dana Point, CA.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.
