Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, pushing, pulling (over 50 lbs.), and stocking shelves
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of Hemet, CA; secondary locations: Perris, CA and Menifee, CA
• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required
