Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer

Join our team as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained following Mondelēz's guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks, including lifting and stocking.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Fair Oaks, CA, or secondary locations in Citrus Heights and Carmichael, CA.
• Open availability for flexible scheduling.
