Envolve Client Services Group seeks a Full Time Maintenance Technician for Fern Hill Apartments in Conover, NC. The role involves repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting of building systems, including HVAC and plumbing.

Qualified candidates have two years of maintenance experience; HVAC or EPA certification is preferred. On-site responsibilities include routine maintenance, unit turnovers, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Inspects vacant units and performs turnovers; paints as needed.
• Maintains grounds and common interior areas; removes debris daily.
• Records maintenance requests and maintains inventory of parts.
