Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Columbus, NC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support Jasmine Apartments. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventative maintenance on apartment equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Two years of maintenance experience is required, with HVAC/EPA certification preferred. A valid driver's license is required; CPO certification is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment equipment.
• Maintains building systems, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Troubleshoots all property systems and oversees repairs.
• Inspects units and common areas for turnover readiness and safety.
