Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
At least 6 months of security-related experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
Background histories considered per applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with property access procedures.
Communicate security observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
