Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
Guard Card/License preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check in accordance with laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
Complete detailed activity and patrol reports while maintaining a professional presence.
