Job summary

In this role you will open new share accounts, assess member needs, and handle transactions with accuracy. A Saturday rotation is required, and a positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, etc.).
• Evaluate member needs by asking questions and listening to refer to products/services.
• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in processing transactions.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and direct them to the proper person for resolution.
