Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Medical Campus Security in Brunswick, OH. You will provide security services, escort patients and staff, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering courteous service.

The role involves patrols, access control, incident reporting, and following hospital policies. A background check, vaccination requirement, and ability to restrain when needed are part of the responsibilities; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be performed.
• Background investigations and drug screening may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and adherence to procedures.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate with leadership and site representatives.
