Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol in Brunswick, OH. You will monitor and patrol healthcare settings, deter incidents, and provide excellent service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, performing unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements (hospital)
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background investigation as per laws
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and following protocols
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters
• Monitor access points and provide directions to visitors
• Document incidents and communicate information to supervisors and responders
