• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.

• Assist with access control and provide directions to patients and visitors.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately and promptly per reporting procedures.
