Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will handle charge entry, coding, claims submission, payments posting, and patient billing while supporting the revenue cycle. Experience with NextGen Billing is required.

The position offers paid training, a flexible work-from-home setup, and a collaborative team. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Medicare Advantage billing and coding.
• Familiarity with G-codes and CPT II codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain billing records and documentation for all submitted claims.
• Post payments accurately and reconcile billing transactions.
• Work denials and manage insurance follow-ups to resolve outstanding claims.
• Investigate claim rejections and coordinate corrective actions for resubmission.
• Handle patient statements and other billing-cycle work.
• Address billing inquiries and assist with account-related concerns.
• Support the overall revenue cycle process to ensure timely collections and accurate account management.

Medical Billing Specialist (Full-Time)

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Medical Billing & Claims Management

• Handle charge entry, coding, and claim submission.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Full-Time)

Location: 100% Remote/WFH Setup

Salary Package: PHP 66,000/month
