Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is hiring a Full-Time Med Tech to join our new assisted living community. The role includes day-to-day resident care and support to maintain independence. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am; pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification preferred
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living preferred
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or CNA preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated in the service agreement
• Help residents reach and maintain highest level of independence
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per the service agreement
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance and engagement
• Complete required documentation daily and on the service schedule

• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications :
