Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a full-time Med Tech to join our team. We provide compassionate caregiving to residents and are committed to helping them achieve the highest level of independence.

The role includes assisting with ADLs, providing physical and emotional support, and documenting daily care activities. We offer shift differentials, a 401(k) match, paid vacation and sick leave, floating holidays, a free meal during shifts, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

• Hours - Full-Time
• Schedule - AM Shift 6am - 2pm, Evening Shift 2pm-10pm, Nightshift 10pm - 6am
• Pay Range - $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)

• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (32 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
