Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a Full-Time Med Tech to assist residents with ADLs, provide physical and emotional support, and follow nursing care plans. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, with 32 hours/week and possible pickups.

The pay range is $16.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience). Benefits include shift differentials, 401(k) match, paid vacation and sick time, floating holidays, free meals, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred).
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain highest level of independence.
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per the service agreement.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection.
• Complete required documentation daily and update schedules.

Education

WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)

Experience in long-term care or assisted living (Preferred)

Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide/CNA (Preferred)

• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
