Job summary

Caretta Senior Living, a NEW assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is hiring a Part-Time Med Tech to join our team. Join a dynamic and growing organization with opportunities for those passionate about serving others and making a positive difference.

Compensation includes a pay range of $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience), shift differentials, 401(k) match, paid vacation and sick time, paid floating holidays, free meals per 8-hour shift, and DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

• Schedule - AM Shift 6am - 2pm, Evening Shift 2pm-10pm, Nightshift 10pm - 6am

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• AM Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
