Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a FULL-TIME Med Tech to join our team. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs, providing physical and emotional support, and helping with treatments under RN guidance.

We offer a schedule across AM, Evening, and Overnight shifts, with benefits including paid time off, 401(k) match, daily pay, and free meals on shift. This is a care-focused, resident-first position in a new community.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification preferred.
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or CNA (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Education

WI CBRF Certification
