Job summary

Massage Envy Santa Barbara is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a caring team and help clients feel their best. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, promote retail sales, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service in a therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, and more.

• Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
• Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
