Job summary

Massage Envy Santa Barbara is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join a supportive team focused on improving clients' well-being. You will perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate effectively with clients, and adapt sessions to individual needs in a fast-paced spa setting.

We offer a competitive base pay of $16.90–$27.50 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with benefits including Cal Savers 401(k) and AMTA membership.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist with California licensure.
• Minimum 250 hours of massage therapy school with certificate.
• Passion for improving the lives of clients and delivering quality bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in California, Santa Barbara County
• Have a minimum of 250 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)
