Job summary

Massage Envy Santa Barbara is seeking teammates who provide excellent customer service and help clients feel valued. You will educate clients on Total Body Care, promote the Wellness Program, and book appointments while encouraging homecare product purchases.

This role supports clinic flow, welcomes clients, answers calls and emails, and helps grow a loyal client base through in-person and outreach efforts. A flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Basic knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls and emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
