Pinnacle Living is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to uphold and repair the community’s physical plant, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. The role requires coordinating with management and working on-call rotations.

Candidates should have strong teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and contributing to resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High-school education or GED equivalency required.
• Vo-tech training or specialized training in associated fields preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance and repair required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair building features like doors, locks, windows, and fixtures per policies.
• Perform trades-related duties with mastery of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing tasks.
• Assist other maintenance staff to complete campus repairs promptly.
• Trouble shoot equipment and report repair needs to supervisor.
• Serve as on-call maintenance person for after-hours emergencies.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and suggest improvements for operation efficiency.
• May assist with landscape maintenance and snow removal.
