About Latham Centers

Latham Centers is a world-renowned nonprofit human services organization serving children and adults with complex special needs. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our campus and facilities. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Brewster, MA

Compensation: $19.75 – $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain Latham Centers’ facilities, grounds, and properties
• Perform plumbing, heating, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Manage automotive maintenance for school vehicles
• Maintain grounds and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Collaborate with staff while respecting student environments and interactions
• Provide care to students with disabilities as neededReport directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Be available for occasional on‑call maintenance issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with maintenance experience
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• Valid driver’s license
