This role requires experience with welding (TIG/MMA), the ability to read technical drawings, and a willingness to be cross-trained. Physical tasks include lifting parts under 50 lbs and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience using TIG and MMA welding processes.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Experience using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Willingness to be cross trained and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Build hardware kits and assemblies per work orders.
• Assist other departments during the work week.
• Lift and move parts as needed (<50 lbs).
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area; perform repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
