Cedarhurst in Lexington, KY is seeking a full‑time LPN or RN to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care under the Director of Nursing. The role combines hands‑on clinical tasks with leadership responsibilities, ensuring care plans meet physician orders and regulatory standards.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, document thoroughly, and guide care staff while prioritizing resident safety and effective communication with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current state LPN or RN license.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care per physician orders.
• Lead care staff and promote safety initiatives.
• Administer medications following the five rights.
• Maintain nursing records and MAR documentation accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments and communicate with families.
