Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks an LPN/RN to deliver and coordinate resident care under the Director of Nursing. You will perform medication administration, assessments, documentation, and direct resident support while guiding care staff and promoting safety.

This role requires nursing licensure and active state credentials, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care in a community setting. The environment emphasizes collaboration, safety, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active state license is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure resident safety in accordance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to guide care staff.
• Review and update assessments and care plans at admission and as conditions change.
• Administer and document medications following five rights and MAR processes.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Ensure effective communication with residents, families, physicians and leadership.
