Responsibilities

• Provide services in accordance with nurse practice acts and regulations.
• Oversee and guide care staff in aligning resident needs with care plans.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
• Support nutrition and hydration needs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document observations and interventions in the nursing record.
• Coordinate scheduling of medical, dental, and lab appointments.
