SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the Shelby County Jail in Alabama, with day shifts and a 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM rotation. You will provide patient-centered care in a secure correctional setting, document care, and collaborate with the onsite team.

This full-time opportunity offers shift differential, meaningful work, and the chance to serve an underserved population while avoiding the chaos of a traditional hospital.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Alabama or equivalent state requirements.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it as required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependability and ability to work independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care to every patient.
• Correctional healthcare experience is welcome but not required.
