Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an RN or LPN for night shift coverage at the Calhoun County Jail in Alabama. This role offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a rotating schedule and night differential. Work in a structured, secure setting focused on underserved patient care.

You will assess and treat patients, administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to provide quality correctional care in a single facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Alabama.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• Professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment.

Responsibilities
