Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. Must have 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preparing foods with short prep times.

• 1–2 years of experience in a high volume, quality kitchen.
• Experience cooking daily menus and working on all stations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
• Butcher all meats and fish.
• Work omelet/carver station.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Formulate soups, sauces, and specials.
• Other duties may be assigned.
