This role involves supporting culinary standards, banquet execution, and daily kitchen operations. Minimum qualifications include an Associate Culinary Degree with 2 years of experience; Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent; two years culinary experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.

• Executes scheduled banquet functions.

• Checks and dates all deliveries and reports variances.
• Verifies coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Processes inventory requisition and receives supplies for quality production.
• Prepares proper amount of food per production plans.
• Prepares items per established recipes for consistent product.
