Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas, is hiring a Lifeguard to enforce waterpark safety and provide guest assistance. You will respond to incidents, perform water rescues, and administer first aid or CPR as needed. The role requires weekday availability from 9 AM to 5 PM and certification training is provided.

Starting rate is $15/hour with immediate hiring and a referral bonus program. Benefits and seasonal, part-time and full-time opportunities are available to our Aquatics team.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in lifeguarding and stay current with safety protocols.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and perform water rescues.

Help Deliver the Kalahari Experience

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on‑site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

This role is responsible for enforcing waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. Pass certification training and be prepared to respond quickly to any incidents that require urgent attention. Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

Safety is the utmost concern of a Lifeguard, but as we strive to create unforgettable memories for our guests, we want our associates to embrace the culture as well! As a part of our Aquatics team enjoy resort discounts, access to the waterpark, fun (& food)-filled events, and incentives.

Must be available to work weekdays between 9AM and 5PM.

Starting Rate: $15/hour

• $500 referral bonus available.
