Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring Lifeguards at our Wisconsin Dells waterpark to keep guests safe and provide a welcoming experience. You will enforce rules and lead by example, supporting a positive atmosphere across the park.

Responsibilities include water rescues, first aid/CPR as needed, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Competi­tive pay ($14–$17/hour) with a $1000 sign-on bonus and a $500 referral bonus. Apply online or join our Hiring Event.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Willing to complete a 3-day lifeguard certification course if not certified.

Lifeguard

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Lifeguards. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Rate

$14-$17/hour
