Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking Waterpark Lifeguards for on-site, hiring-event opportunities. You’ll stand guard, enforce park rules, and help keep guests safe while delivering friendly, responsive service and supporting a positive guest experience. Rate: $14-$17/hour.

Immediate Hiring! September 9, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Suite 4; September 19, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Suite A; September 28, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50; October 3, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pools and slides for hazards.
• Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Open/close procedures of water park rides and maintain park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.

Waterpark Lifeguard

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a WaterparkLifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Rate: $14-$17/hour

• $500 Referral/Sign on bonus available.
  • $500 awarded to the new hire.
  • $500 awarded to the referring associate.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.
