South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on the evening shift. You will provide safe, individualized nursing care, monitor residents, and help implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Newly licensed LPNs are welcome to apply. We offer competitive pay from $37.97 to $53.58 per hour, benefits through Volare Health, and opportunities for growth within a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to assess resident needs and respond to changes in condition.
• Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices.
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Do
