Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN to join the Volare Health family. Starting pay is $44.73–$60.34 per hour, based on licensed experience.

The LPN will provide resident-centered nursing care, assess needs, contribute to care plans, and supervise CNAs as part of a compassionate care team. An active Oregon LPN license and availability for 1–2 shifts weekly plus 2 weekend shifts monthly are required.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon LPN license in good standing.
• Availability to work 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Clinical nursing skills to assess residents and contribute to care plans.
• Ability to lead and supervise CNAs and other care team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Oregon LPN License: Must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.
