South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the NOC shift (Thu–Sat). Earn $37.97–$53.58/hour based on experience, with a supportive team in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates are licensed LPNs in Oregon, able to work independently overnight, and capable of supervising CNAs while delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
• Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in nursing services
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicating changes in resident condition to the care team
• Following state and federal regulations, policies, and nursing standards
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Do

• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon
• Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, dependability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift
• Commitment to following state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing care
