Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for PRN (On-Call) shifts. Starting pay ranges from $44.73 to $60.34 per hour based on licensed experience. Opportunities to grow within Volare Health and a culture that values compassionate, person-centered care.

The role requires an active Oregon LPN license and availability for 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month. You will lead CNAs and contribute to individualized resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid LPN license in Oregon.
• Available to work 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to assess resident needs and contribute to care plans.
• Provide direction and supervision to CNAs and care team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Lead and support CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality care.

What We’re Looking For
