Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and determining appropriate treatment strategies.
• Plan and implement personalized treatment programs that address a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Offer hands‑on therapeutic care while utilizing various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote recovery and enhance function in alignment with physician directives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring open communication with patients and their families while fostering an encouraging environment conducive to healing.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, self‑management strategies, and therapeutic exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, meeting departmental productivity goals and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy and current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage patients and build rapport.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• Demonstrate a commitment to building strong relationships with patients to help exceed their functional goals.
• Exhibit a genuine desire to connect positively with people, enhancing patient experiences.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation center or private practice setting is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package that includes:
