Job summary

Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Metuchen, NJ facility. You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehab plans, and guide recovery to improve mobility and quality of life.

On-site role with a collaborative clinical team, dedicated to evidence-based care and patient-centered outcomes. Requirements include NJ PT licensure, a bachelor's degree or DPT, BLS, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy allowing practice in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration.
• Competency in computer skills for documenting patient information and care plans.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with patients and community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans with evidence-based approaches.
• Implement therapeutic interventions across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical function and specific rehabilitation needs.

• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
